Where is Full Spectrum Naturals?
We are at 1735 Galleria Blvd, Suite 1047, Franklin, TN 37067, in CoolSprings Crossing in Cool Springs, beside CoolSprings Galleria. We open Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm, closed Sunday, and you can reach the shop on (615) 663-7865. The shop was previously Your CBD Store Cool Springs, at the same address. Old listings under that name still show the phone number 615-465-6084 and the cbdrx4u.com website; neither reaches us now.
Do I have to be 21?
Yes. Everyone buying hemp-derived products here must be 21 or older, and we ask for photo ID. That applies to every category we carry, including drinks and topicals.
Are you a cannabis dispensary?
No. Tennessee does not license marijuana dispensaries at all. The cannabinoid products we sell are hemp-derived, and Tennessee defines hemp as cannabis with no more than 0.3% total THC by dry weight, counting THCA. Since January 1, 2026, hemp retail in Tennessee has been overseen by the Alcoholic Beverage Commission. We sell in store only, to customers 21 and over with photo ID. Read what Tennessee’s 2026 hemp law changed.
Can I order online and have it delivered?
No. We sell in store only, and payment happens at the counter. Tennessee law restricts how hemp-derived cannabinoid products may be sold, and we follow it. Browse the catalog here, then come in, or call the shop at (615) 663-7865 with any question about a product.
Can I return something?
We can't accept returns on opened products. If you have a question about something you bought, bring it in or call the shop at (615) 663-7865.
How long do things take to work?
It depends on the format more than the strength. A vape is typically felt within minutes and fades soonest. A seltzer or other drink is usually felt in about 15 to 30 minutes. A gummy or other edible is typically felt after 30 to 90 minutes, sometimes up to two hours, and lasts the longest. If you are new to a product, wait a full two hours after an edible before taking more. Everyone responds differently.
What do the milligrams on the label actually mean?
Read the serving size, not the headline number. A tincture marked 1000mg means 1000mg in the whole bottle, which might be thirty or more doses. A gummy marked 25mg usually means 25mg per piece. Two products can look wildly different on the front label and be nearly identical per dose, so compare per serving before you compare on price.
What is the difference between full spectrum, broad spectrum and isolate?
Full spectrum keeps the whole range of compounds from the plant, including trace THC within Tennessee's 0.3% limit. Federal rules on THC in CBD products are scheduled to change on December 11, 2026. Broad spectrum keeps the range but has the THC removed. Isolate is a single cannabinoid on its own, with nothing else alongside it. Which one suits you is a personal preference, though anyone subject to drug testing should read the next answer first.
Will these show up on a drug test?
Possibly, and you should assume so. Hemp-derived products can contain THC, and standard workplace tests screen for THC metabolites rather than for marijuana specifically. Broad spectrum and isolate products carry less risk than full spectrum, but no product can be guaranteed to leave a test clean. If you are tested for work, talk to us before you buy anything.
What do indica and sativa mean on a hemp product?
They are the grower’s description of the plant variety, not a measurement of what is in the product. Hybrids are crosses of the two. The milligrams on the label and the certificate of analysis tell you what a product actually contains.
Are your products lab tested, and can I see the results?
Tennessee requires each hemp-derived product to carry a QR code linking to its certificate of analysis from a testing lab, so you can scan the label. Where a brand publishes its report online we link it on the product page. If you cannot find one, ask in store and we will help you look for it.
Can I give any of this to my dog or cat?
Only the products formulated for animals, which are dosed far lower than the human equivalents. Never give a pet a product made for people: both the potency and the flavorings are wrong for them. Check with your vet first, particularly if your animal is already on medication.
I took more than I meant to. What should I do?
Do not take more. Stay somewhere comfortable and drink water; taking more while you wait is the most common way a small mistake becomes a longer one. If you are worried about yourself or someone else, seek medical advice or call 911.
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes. Create an account on this site and you get 100 points for joining and 50 more when you confirm your email, plus points from in-store promotions. Your account page shows your balance and the rewards you can redeem them for.
